 ARDS Instructors

We have ARDS (Association of Racing Drivers' Schools) Grade A Licenced Instructors

The ARDS Instructor Licence is issued by the RAC Motor Sports Association following a stringent assessment and a written and practical examination by the sponsoring racing school. A driver must have a provable history of racing experience before he / she can apply to be assessed for an ARDS Instructor Licence.

Most of the UK's leading racing circuits will not allow unlicenced instructors to operate on their tracks.

The Association of Track Day Organisers (ATDO) recommends that all track day operators use only ARDS Licenced (or otherwise approved) Instructors. See the ATDO Code of Practice. For safety and insurance purposes, always check that your instructor is licenced... ask to see their ARDS Licence.

The company was formed in early 2000 and has just completed its 10th successful year in operation. 
 
Last year Ben Seyfried expanded the business out side of the UK and provided expert tuition to the Dubai Autodrome.
 
From 2008 Ben Seyfried has offered private tuition to track day enthusiasts and competitive racing drivers at circuits in Europe.

Hey Ben Just wanted to thank you for all your tuition in your mini cooper, the day was great and i learn't so much. I never knew how different road driving is to driving on a race circuit.  I have have a basic understanding to how to use the circuit to its full potiential

My father Clive had instruction from Ben, so when I started racing for the first time last year 2006 i thought it would be benificial to get some expert advice before I started picking up any bad habits.   I had about six days training with Ben at varous different circuits, it was so benifical and enabled me to race at the front of the grid by the end of my first season.  Chris Morgan
